This massage acts directly on the central nervous system, reducing stress hormones, promoting relaxation, and increasing blood circulation. Releasing tension in the head, neck and upper back using warm herbal oils, and affecting the whole body. Massage is complimented with marma point stimulation to enhance the flow of Prana (vital energy) and release congestion.

A full back body massage including arms, hands, feet and shoulders. Massage with warm herbal oils and steamed herbal poultices is complimented with chakra massage & marma point stimulation throughout to aid the flow of Prana (vital energy) and promote deeper relaxation.
£110 - £150 (2.5-3hrs)
This deeply relaxing massage includes a detoxifying raw silk glove massage. Warm herbal oils and steamed herbal poultices are used to nourish and detoxify the skin and soften the muscles. The feet, hands, head, face and tummy are also treated. Throughout the treatment vital energy points are gently stimulated to enhance relaxation. A deeply nourishing and relaxing face massage is performed at the end with handmade cream made from natural ingredients, allowing the rest of the body time to soak up the herbal oils.

I have never been as enlightened about my own body as I am now thanks to the sessions I have had with Jaden. I appreciate now how my body functions and the important areas to consider and focus on when aiming to improve my health and nutrition. I learnt my digestive strength was weak so my system has not been absorbing nutrients. My focus for the next 6 months is to build up my Agni and Jaden has meticulously crafted an easy to follow personal plan to be able to achieve this.
When I had my first massage it took me a little while to relax. However once I did with Jaden's advice I was totally relaxed, so much so falling asleep and twitching - I couldn’t have been anymore relaxed! An Ayurvedic massage with Jaden is a complete experience, working on many levels. His attentiveness to the body, his knowledge of its needs, and his desire to understand the needs of the client all work together to create a deeply nourishing experience. Some of the sequences of massage felt so "right" to my body, it was as if their needs were being seen and met in a certain way for the first time. When the massage ended, I felt as though every area of my body had been fully worked on, and lovingly nurtured.
Learning to live in sync with nature and with what my body needs with has had a profound effect on my life. With the right routine for me and seasonal eating, my nervous system is far more settled, I'm sleeping better, my body feels great even without much exercise, and my mood and energy are good even in winter. When I eat I feel fully satisfied. Even my dry scalp has reduced and my skin is really vibrant and clear. I really recommend exploring Ayurveda with Jaden, you won't look back!
My ayurvedic massage retreat in February was a beautiful experience. The walks in the local countryside were a great start to the day. The food was phenomenally well prepared, tasty and wholesome. Everything homemade and delicious. Viv provided a great listening ear and coaching through a conflict situation at work. My Ayervedic massage with Jaden was a lovely experience – such a treat. This was a great place for me, I often want to travel on my own but don’t like being on my own all the time. I need companionship and Viv and Jaden provide just the right amount. I did what I wanted, when I wanted and the flow between us was great. I have come away with a renewed motivation to eat better, at the right times of the day and to include things that are good for my body type and age.
